Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately. If you downgrade below what you are using, your artist pages become read-only until you free up space or delete a page.
Audio, stems, sheet music, artwork and logos, together with your setlists and track details. Uploads are converted to AAC, since a WAV would require far too much storage.
